Registered Physiotherapy

What is Registered Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a health care profession that specializes in human movement and function, especially as it relates to injury, illness, or disability. Our approach to your healing is individualized, one-on-one and hands-on in nature, with the most common goals being to eliminate pain, improve function and optimize performance. This is achieved with a treatment plan that addresses the root cause of the condition.

We treat a wide variety of conditions, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Soft tissue injuries – tendonitis, repetitive strain, muscle strains and ligament sprains

  • Sports and orthopaedic injuries - frozen shoulder, tennis and golfer’s elbow, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, shoulder and hip impingement and patellofemoral syndrome

  • Low Back Pain including Sciatica and Disc Herniations

  • Neck Pain

  • Injury Prevention Programs

  • Pre and Postnatal care
