I love working with athletes and most of my practice focuses on passive and active release as well as deeper pressure, integrating the client into the treatment as much as possible.
I'm originally from Edmonton and moved to Kelowna to pursue my career as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Outside of work, I enjoy kayaking, teaching aerials, and exploring the Okanagan. I'm passionate about travel and love experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Whether it's discovering new places or trying out a new dish, I always look for opportunities to learn and grow in both my personal and professional life.
